Which class would you recommend I start with?
We recommend starting with our Basic Reformer Class which is offered on Sundays at noon if your schedule allows. However, we ideally recommend starting with an introductory personal training session which is part of our Smart Start Package.
What should I wear or bring to class?
We require non-skid (sticky) socks be worn for all of our classes, for both hygiene and safety issues. You are welcome to wear your own, but we also have some available for purchase in studio. Arriving 10-15 minutes early for your first session ensures time for us to share helpful information about the equipment before your session. Other than that, dress in something you can move in and come ready to leave feeling great!
