Training sessions typically are 50 minutes so you can get in, stretched, worked strengthened and out in an hour!
Where are you located?

What is Core Innov8tions?
We are a boutique fitness & wellness studio offering low-impact, high-reward movement classes and holistic nutrition coaching. Our focus is on functional strength, mobility, and metabolic health for women in all stages of life.
What makes Core Innov8tions different?
We know you’ve got many options when it comes to your fitness journey, and even specifically in Pilates classes…so why choose Core Innov8tions?
-
We are a true local business independently owned (not a franchise)
-
We feature Konnector Reformers machines for superior core integration. The Konnector provides you with greater feedback even during basic pilates reformer moves because the ropes are not “fixed” like in traditional reformers. The ropes self-adjust as you move, allowing for greater improvement for muscle imbalances, more automatic core activation, and greater exercise variety! No boredom here…..!
-
Unparalleled Class Varieties (not just reformer!) Core Innov8tions currently offers 8 different reformer class varieties, plus TRX, Bounce (mini rebounder classes), mat pilates, circuit and strength classes. This variety provides an optimal mix of resistance, strength, flexibility, endurance, fat burning, and muscle building training t
-
You deserve custom (not choreographed) classes -Because we don’t choreograph our workouts to music, it allows the instructors to better meet the needs of each class participant. This allows the freedom to: design each class based on registered participants, spend more time providing layers of each exercise – allowing those that need to modify to stay at or return to a particular “layer” of the exercise and providing members that are ready for greater challenges to progress to more advanced variations of the exercises
-
You experience changes and progress faster at Core Innov8tions – we hear this often from new members and is a nod to our approach that makes most all classes accessible for all levels. Members report noticeable increases in strength and form at Core Innov8tions when compared to other studios that offer more specific levels of classes. This allows greater variety in classes from a scheduling perspective too, for more flexibility for you and your schedule!
-
Connections beyond the reformer – A warm and welcoming community, one of many reasons members have have been with us for 10+ years
-
Rewarding memberships – You’ll enjoy recognition and prizes for achieving milestones throughout your membership to reward your commitment to your health! Also, no long time commitments are required, and flexible options are available (class packages for drop in options if a membership is not the best fit for you).
-
A 3-hour cancellation window for most classes – because we know that life happens! Much shorter than most other boutique studios (which require 12-24 hours).
What is a “Konnector” Reformer?
The Konnector is a single rope and 8 pulley system (vs. two separate ropes and just 2 pulleys like most reformers), thus a significant UPGRADE to a traditional reformer because of its enhanced benefits for YOU! Doing your Pilates workout on a Konnector Reformer provides a more efficient, effective and functional workout because of the constant connection and feedback from the single rope system, thus providing increased:
* core and muscle activation
* calorie burn* range of motion for optimal movement
* nervous system feedback
* exercise variety (no chance for workout boredom or muscle complacency here)!

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to complete a waiver and get oriented. Our staff will walk you through what to expect.
I’m running late. Can I still get into class?
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted into class as our contracts allow standbys into class after a 5-minute grace period. Please call ahead if you will be 5 or more minutes late so we know to hold your spot! Chances are if you’re running late, you NEED the benefits of a class even more, so we won’t lock you out if we know you’re coming 🙂

Is there an age requirement to take class?
Our core members are 18+ however, if you have a minor who would like to participate, please contact one of our team members!
I have medical issues / injuries. Would Pilates be good for me?
Absolutely! Pilates was originally developed as a form of rehabilitation and is widely recommended by physical therapists and doctors for its ability to build strength, improve alignment, and support joint health, all in a low-impact environment. Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning a new fitness routine and let your instructor know about any specific concerns so we can support you appropriately. We do recommend starting with a few private sessions so we may personalize your modifications. This will help you understand how to safely progress and feel confident in group classes.
Do you have open studio time for clients to lead their own workouts?
At this time, we do not offer open studio hours for independent workouts. All sessions are instructor-led to ensure proper form, safety, and the best results.
If you’re interested in something more flexible or personalized, a private session might be a great fit. We’d be happy to help coordinate one that suits your goals!
Will I be able to keep up if I am out of shape?
Yes! Our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Many are marked “All Levels,” meaning instructors offer modifications to support beginners while still challenging more advanced clients. You’ll build strength, mobility, and endurance at your own pace. We are here to support you every step of the way!
