The fitness and nutrition programs at Core Innov8tions are strongly influenced by Polestar Pilates and Healthy Steps Nutrition, both which are science-based, holistic approaches to health and movement. However, we don’t subscribe to just one school of thought or training program. We believe that knowledge is power, and movement is therapy!
